This 1/35 scale model recreates the KS600 motorcycle and sidecar used by German forces in World War II. The German Army used the powerful machine for messenger and reconnaissance missions. The KS600 is among the best-known 600cc models, with light weight, rigid pressed steel frames, a horizontally opposed 2-cylinder 597cc engine and a 4-speed transmission. It was often used with a sidecar. Production began in 1938, and the KS600 saw action from early to late WWII. 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit. Length 71mm, width 47mm. MOTORCYCLE: The fork, frames, horizontally opposed engine and shaft drive are rendered through an ergonomic parts breakdown. The engine has separate head components and realistic air-cooling fins. Front and rear wheels are split into left and right halves with detailed spokes. The front fork stem connects by shaft, so steering still works after assembly.
