About this part
A brushed motor for monster truck sport-mod racers and scale trail drivers who want drivable, rebuildable power. The Silent Speed has dual ball bearings and adjustable timing, and it can be torn down, cleaned and re-brushed at any time. It works well as a control or hand-out motor at events.
Features
- 550 can, 21 turn, fixed end bell
- Dual ball bearings and adjustable timing
- Rebuildable and re-brushable
Note
- The ideal running temperature is 115 to 120 degrees. Watch operating temperature and adjust gearing to stay in range, since over-gearing and extended full-throttle or full-braking runs heat the motor quickly. Temperatures over 150 degrees risk permanent damage to the motor and internal parts.
