JConcepts SCT Tire, Double Dees V2, Green Compound, Fits SCT 3.0 x 2.2 Wheel

About this part

The Double Dees V2 in SCT 3.0 x 2.2 size is a rework of the original Double Dees, with a slimmer carcass. The narrower tread area is paired with a slight radius on the tire, which helps it roll through transitions more smoothly. The sidewall still gives some cushion over bumps and uneven terrain, and the hips sit lower with a rounder sidewall edge for added stability. Inner carcass webbing in an overlapping X pattern supports the tire at speed, and the V2 rear tire suits many track surfaces, making it a safe choice when conditions are unknown. The tread centers on back-to-back D-shaped pins, which provide forward bite and stability. A triangulated four-part layout surrounds them with dual square pins. The rest of the tread uses staggered lugs with alternating open sections, leaving room for dirt, debris, and flex. The outer pins are clipped, angled, and sliced to smooth the ride and cut down on overhang.
