A pink compound Fuzz Bite Lp pin tire from JConcepts, designed with radius positioning to grip a range of surfaces. The Fuzz Bite uses a low-profile carcass carried over from tires such as the Twin Pin. The low stance lets the car change direction quickly at speed and reduces sidewall deflection and roll. Each pin has a reverse water tower shape, with the wide base at the bottom and a narrower top. The pins sit in a radius and repeat around the tire, so they dig into the matting of office carpet or tight-knit CRC carpet. Alternating rows of pins give side bite, and the tight spacing gives forward traction. The pin layout helps the tire wear well and hold traction over time. A small radial rib on the outside, with an angular cross pattern, gives consistent cornering and forward launch grip mid-corner. The bead is scalloped to remove weight from a normally heavy area. The bead tips touch the inner beads on the wheel for good alignment with less rotating weight.
