Reflex tires in green compound for 1/8th buggies. The Reflex sits between the popular Hybrid tire and options such as the Crossbow and Stacker. Its square, angled pins are stacked vertically so they flex and fold evenly across the tread. A stacked tread tends to wear longer and give more forward bite, while the open space between pins helps the car rotate in the turns and release quickly to square up. At the IFMAR World Championships, when the weather soaked the track and drivers were hunting for grip, Ryan Maifield fitted green compound Reflex to his buggy and posted one of the fastest times on the weathered surface. He later used the tire successfully in California at the Sidewinder Nitro Explosion and in Phoenix, AZ, at The Battle of the Sikest, both on maintained, lightly watered surfaces.
