The Sprinter tire bridges the gap between the popular Double Dees and other pin tire options from JConcepts. Its square, angled pins are stacked vertically to flex and fold evenly across the tire. A stacked tread typically wears less and gives more forward bite, while the aligned spacing helps rotation in turns and a snappy release to square up quickly. The team focused on durability and performance for a rear tire that competes on loose, wet, or dusty surfaces. Newer mid-motor and laydown transmission designs called for a new pin style, carcass, and outer tread. Angled pins on the outer sidewall help the tire release turns and rotate in dirt off-road and dirt-oval racing. The blended tread-to-body transition has a generous radius that supports pin snap and resists tearing or separation. Horizontal traction bars connect several pins near the center of the tire.
