JConcepts offers this 1989 Ford F-Series as a cab-only body for scale crawlers, in addition to a full tucked body. It is updated but keeps the classic look and the performance. The body is for 12.3-inch wheelbase builds and fits a large range of vehicles. After testing, the design team tucked the front of the 1989 Ford for more front tire clearance and articulation. A slim front section slides through tight spaces, which helps on tough or enclosed trail sections. The hood has plenty of mounting space, and the wide wheel well openings suit class 2 competition or low-stance crawling. The brick-nose front end, chisel-side panels and single cab give it the foundation of a hard-working pickup. The factory pre-trimmed body has a recessed front windshield and recessed side windows.
