The 1955 Bel Air has been a fixture of door-slammer drag racing since it first appeared. About a decade ago the body was refined into a more radical version of the classic for modern pro-modified use at speeds above 240 mph. JConcepts split the design into three parts. The main shell was designed in CAD, hand shaped and finished to capture the 1955's details: a low-profile build, a laid-back grille, a distinct headlight section, flatter and straighter panels, wrap-around windshield glass, and tail lights that jut outward. Trim along the main panels is molded in, for the user to paint and detail. The roof runs back to the trunk deck, where a two-piece spoiler drops in. Race-style bumpers are molded into the body and can be painted. The hood scoop is a separate polycarbonate piece, shaped to undercut and match the scale of the 1:1 scoop. Fits: Arrma 1:10 2WD Fury (old), Associated DR-10 Drag, Associated ProLite 4x4, Associated RC-10 SC5M Short Course, Associated SC-10 2WD Short Course, and Associated SC-10 4x4 Short Course.
