The Hotshot II is back as an updated version of the 4WD buggy first released in 1987. It follows Tamiya's first 4WD buggy, the Hotshot (Item 58047, 1985), and the Supershot (Item 58054, 1986). The original Hotshot II was light weight because so many of its parts were plastic, and this version keeps that approach.

Features

• 1/10 scale R/C model assembly kit
• Length: 390mm, width: 235mm, height: 160mm
• Shaft-driven 4WD for speed and stability off road and through corners
• Four-wheel independent double wishbone suspension with CVA oil dampers (II), one at the front and two at the rear, plus a front stabilizer
• Light weight 0.7mm polycarbonate body and rear wing in black with orange lines. The body is pre-cut and pre-painted black.
• Sealed gearboxes keep out dirt and sand and include differentials for smooth cornering
• ABS monocoque frame and suspension arms in reinforced plastic
• Semi-pneumatic oval block and pin spike hybrid tires on large-diameter one-piece nylon wheels
• Updated stickers included
• Fits the Tamiya Vintage 58062 Hotshot II.
