About this part
This WWII U.S. infantry scout set adds realism to a model or diorama of the period. The uniforms are typical of the era. The short-sleeve M41 jacket and leggings were the standard American Army uniform around the June 1944 Normandy invasion. From later that summer, the M43 field jacket and two-buckle boot became common for paratrooper, armored and mountain divisions.
