About this part

Hot Racing super duty steel 48P spur gear with 81 teeth, for 1/10 scale ECX 2WD vehicles including the Boost Buggy, Circuit Stadium Truck, Ruckus Monster Truck and Torment SCT.

Features

  • Steel construction for reliability with high-power brushless systems.
  • CNC machined and lightened hardened steel with a black oxide coating for durability and corrosion resistance.
  • Works with the stock slipper assembly, and replaces the stock nylon spur gear.

You will receive

  • One 81 tooth, 48 pitch steel spur gear.

Specifications

  • 81 teeth. 48 pitch. Tooth face width 0.20 inch (5mm).

Requirements

  • Installation in the vehicle. Motor mount slots for motor adjustment are limited, so the spur may need a larger pinion. Watch motor temperatures.

Comments

  • Replaces the stock plastic gear ECX1076, which is listed as 87 tooth, 48 pitch. Requires an appropriate 48 pitch steel pinion gear.
