Ready for the trail out of the box, the Ascent-18 International Scout II brushless is a compact 1:18 scale rock crawler. Its 3450kv 1212-size brushless motor and 3-channel ESC deliver torque and speed for backyard boulders or indoor obstacle courses. The 2.4GHz radio, 750mAh 2S LiPo battery and charger are included. Four AA batteries are needed to start running. The Scout II shares the build quality of its 1:10 scale relatives, with these features: Brushless power: the 3450kv motor gives speed and torque with improved run-time efficiency. Precision steering: the new High Steer front end gives tighter turning and more articulation, thanks to a redesigned axle housing and portal setup. Metal throughout: portal gears, ring-and-pinion internals, machined aluminum spools and chassis rails. Custom tuning: aluminum-capped oil-filled shocks.
