Built on a durable aluminum chassis with portal axles, machined aluminum spools and metal gears, the Ascent-18 green brushless crawler offers strong ground clearance, torque and reliability. Its new High Steer geometry widens the steering angle and adds clearance at the C-Hub. The front axle housing, front portal, steering links and front portal universal shafts were redesigned or added to reach that geometry, which gives more steering than earlier models. Aluminum-capped oil-filled shocks and full ball bearings keep the ride smooth. The ready-to-run package includes a 2.4GHz radio, a 4kg metal-gear micro servo, a 750mAh 2S LiPo battery and a charger. The front tilt body uses a quick-release design, so no body clips are needed.
