This Readyset runs out of the box. Insert batteries into the car and transmitter, and it is ready to drive. Its small scale suits indoor driving and people who are new to RC cars. The RWD Readyset uses the fourth-generation MR-04 chassis, first released in 2023, in place of the third-generation MR-03 used in earlier sets. The MR-04 keeps some basic MR-03 elements but adds a lower center of gravity and a remodeled steering design. It first appeared in the top-of-the-line EVO2 debut model. The chassis is mounted with the R/C system and has a completed 1991 Jaguar XJR-14 body, No. 3 Winner Monza, finished to display standard. This set uses the same standard MR-04 chassis as other high-end MR-04 models, along with a user-friendly 130-class brushed motor and the Syncro KT-531P pistol grip transmitter. Insert 4 AAA alkaline batteries into both the car and the transmitter. Fits the Kyosho Mini-Z MR-04.
