About this part

Hot Racing aluminum 17mm hex hub adapter set for the TRA Jato. These let you run 17mm hex wheels, and they widen the rear track by about 8mm per side, with the front depending on the wheel set you choose. The adapters convert the front wheel bearing and rear 12mm hex setup to 17mm hexes. They are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, anodized silver, and the wheel nuts are anodized blue. The wider stance adds stability.

• Two front adapters and two rear adapters
• Four 5x8x2.5mm sealed ball bearings for the front adapters
• Four M4 axle hub barrel nuts
• Four 17mm hex wheel nuts, each with an internal o-ring to keep it from loosening
• Two 2x10mm axle pins
• One 4mm hex key
• REQUIRES:
• Two 5x11x4mm front bearings from the stock vehicle
• Medium thread lock on the M4 barrel nuts

Notes

• Silicone shock oil on the wheel nut o-rings eases installation. Replacement Hot Racing parts: RSLF117X06 (17mm hex nuts) and RSSLF117X (M4 axle hub barrel nuts).
