RM2 Gold is a high temperature, high performance grease from JConcepts and RM2, suited to many jobs in RC. It is useful for rebuilds, a freshen-up between rounds, or a new kit. Gold is the right choice for metal-to-metal pivoting parts in the driveline, such as CVA joints, universal joints and axle assemblies. Wherever metal rubs on metal, it can reduce wear and improve how the car performs. Listed for use with the differential. On dirt track, Ryan Maifield needs metal parts that move freely, stay smooth and last through hard conditions. He uses the heavy-metal grease (#8119) for gears and thrust, and reaches for the gold (#8152) for driveline, CVA and pivoting components. For CVAs, bones and axle assemblies, work a generous amount onto the pivoting and rotating surfaces, then assemble and move the parts into position. Once the vehicle is complete, roll the driveline over so the lubricant can settle and coat evenly.
