About this part

The Guillows Curtiss P-40 Warhawk is a balsa model with a 16.5 inch wingspan that is powered by a rubber band. The P-40 earned lasting fame as the Flying Tiger of World War II, flown by General Claire Chennault's Volunteer Group against the Japanese in China and Burma. It also served with Britain's Royal Air Force in the Middle East under the names Tomahawk and Kittyhawk.
