A heavy duty spline star drive axle upgrade from Hot Racing for the Axial SCX 2 and SCX models. It replaces the factory plastic axles with a CNC machined steel and aluminum design.

• CNC machined #45 hardened carbon steel and aluminum
• Hard black anodized aluminum slider
• Silver anodized aluminum pin capture rings with rubber o-rings to prevent movement
• CV pin setscrew eliminated by design
• Black #45 steel finish
• Rubber dust boot for protection from the elements
• INCLUDED:
• One rear CV splined drive shaft assembly

Requirements

• Removable blue threadlocking compound on screws that thread into metal
• Light grease on CV joints and slider splines to help them last
