Team Associated FT 4-shoe adjustable clutch system, with a patent-pending design. Spring tension changes without swapping springs or removing the engine, clutch or other parts. The adjustable flywheel and spring cam are compatible with all existing Team Associated 4-shoe components: shoes, springs, collet, flywheel nut and flywheel pins. The adjustable flywheel is hard-anodized aluminum and the spring cam is hardened steel. Fits the RC8B3 series and most 1:8 nitro buggies and truggies. Upgrading an existing Team Associated 4-shoe clutch: use #81421 FT 4-Shoe Adjustable Flywheel and Spring Cam, and reuse your springs, shoes, collet, nut, pins and clutch bell. Requires one M3x5mm set screw (AE #89219) and red thread-locking compound. Upgrading a non-Team Associated clutch or building the full adjustable unit: use #81420, which includes all hardware. Red thread-locking compound is required. #81420 contents: 1 flywheel, 4 shoe adjustable; 1 spring cam, 4 shoe adjustable; 4 clutch shoe springs.
