AMT's 1/25 scale California Hauler with Sleeper is a Peterbilt 359 Cross Country hauler for experienced big rig modelers who favor the red oval. At 11.25 inches long, it emphasizes size with authentic features. The kit includes a fully retooled sleeper with improved details, more than 70 chrome parts, a detailed Detroit Diesel engine, a visor, a fifth wheel, an air conditioning unit, horns, a deluxe driver's seat, a tilting and removable hood, a dual drive rear axle system, heavy-duty springs, fuel tanks, air tanks, and 10 black vinyl tires. It is fully paintable and includes new water-slide decals with two stripe options, in vintage-style packaging. The kit makes a practical gift for a birthday or any occasion, and for an avid hobbyist or collector. AMT treats modeling as its own passion and pays close attention to detail, so each kit is meant to offer top quality and lasting enjoyment.
