Machined M4 rod ends from Vanquish Products in clear. They are a rebuildable alternative to molded rod ends, built on the same design as the machined trailing arms. An adjustable tension system holds the pivot ball in the rod end without a pressed fit. An M2.5 set screw presses on a brass tension piece, so the fit can be adjusted as parts wear. They replace Incision rod ends IRC00010 with no change to the overall link length.

Notes

• Machined rod ends are assembled differently from molded ones, so they may not cinch down and may rotate slightly once installed.
• Use a small amount of threadlock on the M2.5 set screw. Excessive threadlock can make the screw too difficult to remove.
• No threadlock is needed on the M4 threads when installing onto the link.
• Assembly takes patience because of the small parts.
