About this part

Full set of threaded aluminum shocks for the 1/18 TRA TRX4-M, fitting all versions of the TRX4. Each shock is oil damped with a rubber bladder and has threaded bodies for fine tuning preload. The set replaces the stock plastic shocks for more consistent handling and better damping over jumps and bumps.

• CNC machined 6061-T6 shock bodies, caps, spring adjusters and spring retainers
• Oil dampened with rubber bladders
• Bleeder screws for easy maintenance
• Threaded bodies for fine preload tuning
• Stainless steel shock shafts
• Two spring sets: black (soft) and silver (stiff)

• Four assembled shocks
• Two sets of springs
• Eight M2.5x12 button head cap screws
• Eight aluminum shock eye bushings

Requirements

• Silicone shock oil of your choice

Specifications

• Eye-to-eye length: 51mm
• Springs: about 9mm ID

Comments

• Mount with the wide flange facing outward to retain the O-rings.
• Replaces TRA 9764.
