Following race testing, Tekno RC now offers aluminum stub axles for the EB410. They are CNC machined from 7075 aluminum and hard anodized for wear resistance. Compared with the stock steel axles (TKR6573F), they cut rotating mass and unsprung weight by more than 5 grams per pair, or more than 10 grams for a full set. They replace the stock axles directly and need no additional parts. These axles are durable, but they are aimed at performance in the competitive 13.5 4WD class and may not last as long as the stock part. For a 1/10 44 buggy, or where maximum durability matters most, keep the stock axles.
