About this part

Robinson Racing Products 14-tooth pinion cut to 48 pitch, with a hard nickel plating over a metal body. The plating adds surface hardness and helps the gear hold up to wear. A set screw locks the pinion to the motor shaft. It works as a factory replacement or an upgrade on a range of 1/10 and 1/16 scale electric vehicles running 48 pitch gearing.
