- Molded in white and clear, with chrome plated parts and soft black tires
- The Mustang debuted at the 1964 New York World's Fair and was an instant success. By 1971 the original pony car had its third restyling. The '71 was sleeker than earlier models and kept the classic American formula of longer, lower, and wider.
- The Boss performance Mustang ran in 1969 and 1970 as two models. For 1971 it became a single Boss 351 on the SportsRoof body. Under the twin-scooped Ram Air hood sat a specially modified 330-horsepower 351 cubic inch Cleveland small-block V-8. Only 1,806 of this one-year model were built.
