R1Wurks Titanium Turnbuckle Set for R1B, Silver

About this part

R1B titanium turnbuckles in a silver finish, supplied as a set of six M3.5 x 48mm pieces. Each one is machined in house on a precision Swiss lathe from Grade 5 titanium, so the fit is tight and consistent. They suit racers who want a lower center of gravity and reduced weight. The body is smooth and free of features that could concentrate stress. The left-hand thread marker is milled into the profile. The threads are cold formed by rolling instead of being cut. Rolling keeps the metal's grain flowing through the thread, which gives a stronger, more uniform part.
