The Switchback is a pavement-focused tire from JConcepts, pre-mounted on #3456 Shuttle wheels in platinum compound. It is made to fit the Traxxas Rustler and Rustler 4x4. Its low-profile carcass is built for high-speed running and occasional runs on dirt, gravel, and grass. The center tread uses a switchblade-style pattern that rotates around a central support structure, and small extrusions on each center paddle add detail. The tread has wide platform bars on the inside and outside of the tire, with teeth that hang down the sidewall for more versatility. The low profile carves through turns and sweeping sections on parking lots, ball fields, grass, and skate parks.
