Reedy's Sonic 900 and 900XL competition motors are built for 1:8 eBuggy and eTruggy racing. Several months of work by the engineering staff and factory team drivers went into them, and the result exceeds what the highest level of competition requires. The Sonic 900 comes in 1900kV and 2100kV versions for 1:8 eBuggy classes. Each version has its own rotor, which is interchangeable between the two and sold separately, so you can fine-tune power delivery for track conditions and driver preference. The Sonic 900XL has a longer, higher-torque stator for heavier 1:8 eTruggy use. The 900 and 900XL can be swapped between chassis types, which gives a wide range of performance options. All 900 and 900XL motors have a precision CNC-machined case with adjustable timing. An integrated heat sink keeps operating temperatures down, which means less fade over a race, longer run times, and longer motor life. Sensored operation gives a smooth, controllable power band.
