About this part
The AKA 1:10 tire break-in tool lets you prep tires for indoor racing at the bench, so you do not have to burn tread down in the parking lot. It is Made in the USA and fits any standard 1/4-inch quick change drill. The 12mm hex fits most popular 1:10 wheels. To use it, chuck the tool in a drill, mount the tire on it, and set the drill direction to match the tire's direction when it is on the car. Sand the tread to the height you want with the sandpaper of your choice. Getting the tread height right is what delivers peak performance from indoor tires.
